Woodwork windows

The production process of woodwork is organized in three divisons:

• machine wood treatment,
• painting,
• assembling.

Mechanical wood timber treatment devision- window as-cast condition

Due to the order of a client the magazin manager gives appropiate materials. These materials go to the initial treatment line - four-sides planning on size and pulling of glass slat. After this operation, in Weining woodworking machine centers there are performed pins koints and inside profiles due to type ordered by the client. After shaping, elements are glued in frame presses and after gluing outside profiles are performed. The next step is preparing of frames with wings, cutting down of glass slats to wings, performing of holes for handles and assembly of posts and decorative elements. The last step are quality control and orders queuing before painting

Vernishing centre - woodwork

Painting process has submit to the type of wood 3 (red meranti, oak) or 4 (pine) levels.
In four levels process (pine), the first level is impregnation for protection of pine wood against fungus and getting blue. This is floatcoating. Next actions are common irrespective of type of wood. The second level (first for oak or red meranti) is grounding, which is performed on watering line. Grounding is upon woodwork colour chosen by the client. After grounding we put another layer so called underlay, which fills all pores protecting joint.
The last action is final painting by hydrodynamic hand shower. Before ultimate painting the pins joint are secured by high elastic mordant. 

Assemblig division - forging, glazing, packing

The last leave begins with windows queuing from varnish room, quality control after painting. Afterwards the seals are inserted in wings and the eaves in frames. After these actions wings and frames are forged. After forging wings are installed in frames and windows go to glazing division.
Windows are glazed due to the order and then wedged. After wedging windows are transported to wrapping division, where they undergone cosmetic works, quality control and wrapping. Each window is individual secured by cardboard corners and foil.
