In order to keep the precious woodwork You have bought in good state, we supply a resposible guarantee and post- guarantee services. The demage discovered during the guarantee period are beeing repaired by our team within 30 days. The first counting day is when the claim was done in the office the woodwork was bought at. Or, one can make an E- mail claim directly to the Producer, using the attached schedule. The essential and basic document for the guarantee assistance is: “ Woodwork Guarantee Card” /karta gwarancyjna/. The Assistance Service Manager is resonsible for all contacts with our Clients.
