Conditions for possible business partners

• knowledge of windows-door branch, particulary windows and door from wood
• minimum one year well documented experience in carpentry sale.
• succesfull present sale of carpentry.
• possesing of good place (exhibition place) for exposing products of ADPOL S.A. (concerning distributors). 

Conditions on cooperation

• The co-operation between ADPOL S.A. and business partners can take place on the base of business partners or distributors.

Business Partner:

• the rules of co-operation are detailed in “Agreement on Co-operation for Business Partners”.
• not excluded agency in contracts with clients on delivery of carpentry.
• within own business activity.
• in presented offer by business partner – exclusive sale of ADPOL S.A. carpentry.
• ctions for increase of sale – on cost of business partner within his business activity.
• agreed provision paid within 7 days after the whole payment of the client,
• provision paid on the base of VAT invoice or another document accepted by accountant, set out by business partner.

Dystributor:

• the rules of co-operation are detailed in “Agreement of sale-distribution” and “General Conditions of Sale Agreements for Distributors” (OWUSD).
• not exclusive sale of ADPOL S.A. products.
• distributor can or cannot (depending on the agreement) offer and sell products of another woodwork producer.
  further sale of ADPOL S.A. products within own business activity.
